合理情绪疗法对反复高热患儿父母负性情绪的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨合理情绪疗法对改善反复高热患儿父母负性情绪的效果。方法采用自身前后对照法,选取某大学附属儿童医院126名反复高热患儿父母为研究对象,比较合理情绪疗法实施前后其父母情绪的变化,在干预前采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表对其负性情绪现状及存在问题进行调查,根据调查结果制定改善负性情绪的干预方案,并观察干预后其父母情绪的变化。结果干预后反复高热患儿父母抑郁焦虑压力的各种程度(轻、中、重、极端)均明显低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),反复高热患儿父母文化程度性别是对父母负性情绪产生影响的关键因素。结论反复高热患儿父母存在一定负性情绪,对其进行合理情绪疗法后,能明显降低反复高热患儿父母的负性情绪,从而提升其生活质量。Objective Analyze the improvement of negative emotions after reasonable mood therapy on parents,whose children suffered high fever again and again.Methods Select 126 parents whose children with high fever repeatedly form a children s hospital affiliated one university,evaluate the negative emotions according to the depression and anxiety-stress scale to investigate current situation and problems.Then formulate and implement the negative mood intervention plans.Compare the emotional changes before and after a reasonable mood therapy.Results depression anxiety stress(light,medium,heavy,extreme)improved significantly after the intervention of parents with repeatedly high fever baby,the difference is statistically significant( P <0.05).Educational level of parents,gender is the key factors that affect the negative emotions.Conclusion Parents with repeatedly high fever children have negative emotion;reasonable mood therapy can obviously reduce the negative emotions,so as to improve their qualities of life.
