预防髋部骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析对髋部骨折患者的护理干预在预防下肢深静脉血栓形成中的临床效果。方法选取老年髋部骨折患者82例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组41例。对两组患者的D-二聚体进行监测,观察护理干预对D-二聚体的影响以及肢体的肿胀变化情况。结果对髋部骨折患者的护理干预,一定程度上降低了试验组D-二聚体的数值及患肢的肿胀程度,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科化的临床护理在髋部骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防上有一定的效果,值得在临床上应用。Objective Through nursing intervention of patients with hip fracture,the clinical effect of prevention ofdeep venous thrombosis of lower limbs was analyzed.Methods Eighty-two patients with hip fracture were selected,randomlydivided into control group and experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.Thed-dimer of the two groups was monitored to observe the effect of nursing intervention on the change ofd-dimer and limb swelling.Results The nursing intervention of the patients with hip fracture reduced the number ofd-dimer and the swellingdegree of the affected limb to a certain extent.Anddifferences were statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing of specialization has certain effect on the prevention ofdeep venous thrombosis of lower extremity of hip fracture,which is worth to be applied clinically.
