摘　　要：目的探讨多维度网络干预对肠造口患者自我形象满意度的影响。方法将2016年9月—2018年1月在南充市某三甲医院住院行肠造口手术的患者117例随机分为试验组60例和对照组57例。对照组给予常规延续护理,试验组在此基础上增加多维度网络干预措施。分别于患者出院时、出院后1月、3月采用自我形象量表进行效果评价。结果出院时两组患者自我形象总分、行为、认知维度得分无统计学差异(P>0.05),出院后1月、3月试验组自我形象总分及各维度得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论多维度网络干预作为延续护理的重要补充,通过定期对患者进行电话随访、网络在线讨论和造口同伴在线分享,能够及时解决患者的疑惑,增强护理服务的时效性,帮助患者正确认识造口,以积极乐观的心态面对造口手术后的生活和社交,从而提高了患者的自我形象满意度和生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of multi-dimensional network intervention on self-image satisfaction of patients with intestinal stoma.Methods One hundred and seventy-one patients who underwent enterostomal surgery at a top three hospital in Nanchong City from September 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into a trial group of 60 patients and a control group of 57 patients.The control group received routine continuation nursing care.The group added multidimensional network interventions based on this.Patients were discharged from the hospital and discharged from the hospital in January and March to evaluate the effect using the self-image scale.Results At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in scores of self-image,behavior,and cognitive dimensions between the two groups( P >0.05),and there was no statistical significance.The scores of the self-image and the dimensions of the test group were significant in January and March after discharge.Lower than the control group( P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The multi-dimensional network intervention is an important supplement to continuing nursing.Through regular telephone follow-up,online discussion and stoke peer sharing on the Internet,patients can solve doubts in a timely manner,enhance the timeliness of care services,and help patients understand correctly.Stoma,with a positive and optimistic attitude in the face of postoperative life and social,so as to improve the patient's self-image satisfaction and quality of life.
