摘　　要：目的研究健康心理教育改善初产妇社会支持和抑郁症状的效果。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月本院收治的164例初产妇为研究对象,随机分成A组和B组,两组均为82例。A组采用常规产前教育,B组在A组的基础上采用健康心理教育。分别于干预前、产后1个月和产后3个月时对研究对象进行领悟社会支持量表(Perceived Social Support Scale,PSSS)和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale,EPDS)评分,比较两组社会支持和抑郁症状水平。结果两组干预前PSSS得分和EPDS得分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。在产后6周比较中,B组PSSS得分高于A组,EPDS得分低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论健康心理教育可以改善初产妇的社会支持,并能有效减少其抑郁症状。Objrctive To explore the effect of prenatal evidence-based health education on improving social support and depressive symptoms among primipara.Methods 164 cases of primiparas from Dec.2016 to Dec.2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into A group and B group,and two cases were 82 cases.Group A was given routine prenatal education,while group B was given psychological health education on the basis of A group.The Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS) were scored before the intervention,1 months after postpartum and 3 months after postpartum,and the social support and depressive symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in PSSS score and EPDS score between the two groups before intervention ( P >0.05).In the 6 week postpartum comparison,the PSSS score in group B was higher than that in group A,and the score of EPDS was lower than that of group A,with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05).Conclusions Health psychological education can improve the social support of primiparas,and can effectively reduce their depressive symptoms.
