摘  要:通过L_9(3~4)正交实验设计方法,探讨了发泡剂添加量、烧结温度、升温速率和烧结时间4个因素对泡沫陶瓷材料性能的影响,利用方差分析对制备泡沫陶瓷工艺进行优选。结果表明:利用粉煤气化灰渣制备泡沫陶瓷材料的最佳工艺条件为:烧结温度为1200℃,升温速率为4℃/min,保温时间为30 min,发泡剂的添加量为3%,此时泡沫陶瓷材料的体积密度为0.77 g/cm^3,抗压强度为3.4 MPa。极差结果分析表明,烧结温度、升温速率和发泡剂的添加量是影响材料性能的主要因素。The effects of four factors including foaming agent dosage,sintering temperature,heating rate and sintering time on the properties of ceramic foam materials were studied L 9(3^4)orthogonal experimental design method.The optimum technological conditions for preparing foamed ceramic materials were obtained,sintering temperature is 1200 degrees,heating rate is 4℃/min,holding time is 30 min,and foaming agent is added to 3%.At this time,the volume density of foam ceramic material is 0.77 g/cm^3,and the compressive strength is 3.4 MPa.The results of range analysis show that sintering temperature,interrogation rate and foaming agent dosage are the main factors affecting material properties.
