摘  要:苹果的商品性状主要包括外观、内在品质两大方面,具体涉及果实大小、果实形状、光洁度、可溶性固形物含量等因素。苹果树开花前后的管理是实现苹果连年丰产、品质提升的一个关键。文章简析了影响苹果商品性状的因素,提出了在开花前后采用科学合理的管理技术,如加强土肥水管理、合理修剪、疏花疏果、套袋等,以提高果品商品性状、增加经济效益。The commercial traits of apple mainly include appearance and internal quality, including fruit size, fruit shape, smoothness, soluble solids and so on. The management of apple trees before and after flowering is a key to achieve high yield of apples in successive years. The factors affecting the commercial characters of apples were briefly analyzed, and the scientific and rational management techniques before and after flowering were put forward, such as strengthening the management of soil, fertilizer and water, rational pruning, thinning flowers and fruits, bagging, etc. to improve the commercial characters of apples and increase economic benefits.
