摘　　要：某公司采用硫化镍精矿氧压浸出、除铁、除硅铝、萃取、电积的工艺生产金属镍板。但生产中也存在一些问题:阳极液体积膨胀、压力釜生产能力受限。该文经过探索试验优化后提高了生产能力。A company uses nickel sulfide concentrate oxygen pressure leaching,iron removal,silicon and aluminum removal,extraction and electrowinning process to produce metal nickel plate.But there are still some problems in the production,i.e.the volume expansion of anodic liquid and the limited capacity of autoclave.After exploration experiment optimization,the production capacity was improved.
