醋酸泼尼松联合中药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析醋酸泼尼松联合中药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果。方法:收治亚急性甲状腺炎患者50例,随机分为两组。对照组采用醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组采取醋酸泼尼松联合中药治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.0%,明显高于对照组治疗有效率的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对亚急性甲状腺炎患者在醋酸泼尼松基础上联合消瘿汤可提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of prednisone acetate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:50 patients with subacute thyroiditis were selected,they wererandomly divided into the two groups,the control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets,while the observation group was treated with prednisone acetate combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prednisone acetate combined with Xiaoying decoction can improve the therapeutic effect for patients with subacute thyroiditis.
