摘 要:目的探讨不同管电流值对64排CT颌面部低剂量扫描的图像质量的影响,获取较佳的低剂量扫描方案。方法随机选取60名志愿者分为3组,每组20名,进行64排CT颌面部扫描,管电流设定值分别为200 mA、100 mA和50 mA,其它扫描参数不变。扫描时分别测量辐射剂量,并对原始图像及重组图像进行评分。统计分析不同的管电流值扫描的辐射剂量和图像质量有差异无统计学意义。结果管电流为200 mA、100mA和50 mA的颌面部扫描图像中,软组织及骨质的图像质量评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。本组实验得到颌面部64排CT低剂量扫描管电流的最低值是50 mA,单纯将管电流由标准200 mA降低至50 mA时,患者所接受的平均辐射剂量由11.9 mGy降至2.9 mGy。结论 3种不同管电流值对颌面部软组织及骨窗图像显示质量均无明显影响,因此颌面部扫描时可采用50 mA低剂量扫描策略,辐射剂量可减少80%。Objective To investigate the effect of image quality of the maxillofacial region by low dose scanning of 64-row CT with different tube currents to get the better low dose scanning method.Methods Sixty volunteers were chosen randomly to perform maxillofacial scanning with 64 row CT,who were splitted into 3 groups,every group had different tube current,which was set to be 200 mA、100 mA、and 50 mA respectively,all the other technical parameters remained unchanged.During the examination,the radiation doses were measured,and the original image,the recomposed image were evaluated,for the purpose of analyzing whether the different tube current has different impact on the radiation dose and image quality.Results The image quality of soft tissue and bone has no statistic difference with tube current 200 mA、100 mA and 50 mA(P>0.05).The lowest value for maxillofacial scanning with 64 row CT was 50 mA.When the tube current decreased from standard 200 mA to low-dose 50 mA,the mean radiation dose to pelvis significantly reduced from 11.9 mGy to 2.9 mGy.Conclusion Three tube current value has no effect on the image quality of soft tissue and bone,so the maxillofacial scanning with low-dose of 64-row CT can use 50 mA,the radiation dose can be reduced by 80%.
