摘　　要：在建筑施工项目中,合同管理是十分重要的组成部分,其中存在诸多风险,需要合理应用规避技巧予以规避。论文首先就全过程合同管理的工程项目常见风险进行分析论述,然后阐述几点全过程合同管理的工程项目风险规避技巧,以供参考。In the construction project,contract management is a very important part,which contains various risks,so it is necessary to apply reasonable avoidance techniques to avoid.This paper firstly analyzes and discusses the common risks of the whole process contract management of the construction project,and then expounds some risk avoidance techniques of the whole process contract management of the construction project,for reference.
