我院注射用头孢米诺钠临床应用情况及合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:对本院注射用头孢米诺钠临床应用的合理性进行分析。方法:依据药品说明书和中国药典临床用药须知,同时结合世界卫生组织限定日剂量和药物利用指数为参照指标,对本院病房注射用头孢米诺钠的临床应用进行统计分析,并对注射头孢米诺钠在临床应用的合理性进行讨论。结果:在我院病房近3个月时间(2018年3月—6月)遵医嘱注射头孢米诺钠1500次,因感染注射头孢米诺钠1100次,重度感染遵医嘱注射头孢米诺钠为400次。统计分析得出,注射头孢米诺钠药物利用指数低于1.0。结论:本院2018年3月—6月遵医嘱注射头孢米诺钠在临床应用趋于合理,随着临床上的不断应用,该合理性存在的价值具有重要意义。Objective: The rationality of clinical application of cefminox sodium injection in our hospital was analyzed. Methods: According to the drug instruction manual and the Chinese pharmacopoeia clinical drug requirements, combined with the World Health Organization-defined daily dose and drug utilization index as reference indicators, the clinical application and rationality of cefminox sodium for injection in the unit ward was statistically analyzed. Results: In the ward of our hospital for nearly 3 months (March to June 2018), cefminox sodium was injected 1500 times according to doctor's advice. Among the 1100 times of cefminox sodium injection, 400 times of severe infection took place. Statistical analysis showed that the drug utilization index of cefminox sodium was less than 1.0. Conclusion: The clinical application of cefminox sodium in March-June 2018 is reasonable. With the continuous application in clinic, the value of this rationality is of great significance.
