摘 要:为了提高苹果采摘效率,设计了一种一次性完成苹果识别、定位、采摘、输送等功能的苹果采摘机。该机器由运行系统、苹果识别定位系统、采摘系统和手臂伸缩系统组成,保障作业的准确性及高效性。产品样机在佳木斯市四丰果园进行了试验检测,作业对象为佳木斯特产123小苹果。试验表明,采摘机能快速识别、精准采摘苹果,与人工作业相比采摘效率提高了45%、漏摘率低于4%、苹果损伤率低于4%。自走式柔性智能苹果采摘机的试验研究为提高果园作业自动化程度提供了理论依据及参考。Picking fruit and vegetable costs our so much time,effort and has a certain risk.A self-propelled flexible intelligent apple picking machine is designed,which can automatically pick apples quickly and automatically.It greatly reduces the labor force and improves the efficiency of apple picking,the machine is specially designed for apple picking,which can complete a series of actions of apple identification,positioning,picking and conveying in one time.The machine is composed of operating system,apple identification and positioning system,picking system and arm extension system aim to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the operation.The product prototype was tested in Sifeng Orchard of Jiamusi.The results showed that the picking efficiency was improved by 45%,the rate of missing picking was lower than 4%and the rate of damage was lower than 4%.The experimental study of the apple picker provides theoretical basis and reference for improving the degree of orchard operation automation.
