摘 要:主要论述有关SUS304不锈钢薄壁筒形件的基本冷塑性成形工艺及各自加工特点,包括拉深成形工艺、旋压成形工艺、液压胀形工艺.结合筒壁缩颈处3种典型几何型面的薄壁筒形件探析多种冷塑性成形方法,对应喇叭形锥面、碗形倒扣弧面和弓形双型面的塑性加工方法为拉深+局部旋压成形、拉深成形、拉深+液压胀形.指出复合成形工艺具有明显的优点以及广阔的应用前景,不仅能加工传统模具难以成形的复杂形状,而且能有效减少成形次数和提高工件的强度与刚度.实际生产中,通常以产品质量与经济成本为导向进行综合考虑来确定最优成形工艺方案.The basic cold plastic forming technology and its processing characteristics of SUS304 stainless steel thin-walled cylinder parts were discussed,including drawing forming,spinning forming and hydro-bulging forming.Several cold-plastic forming methods for thin-walled cylindrical parts with three typical geometric surfaces at necking of cylindrical wall were analyzed,corresponding to the plastic processing methods of bell cone surface,bowl-shaped inverted arc surface and bow-shaped double surface,which are deep drawing + local spinning forming,deep drawing forming,and deep drawing + hydraulic bulging.It is pointed out that the composite forming process has obvious advantages and broad application prospects,which can not only process complex shapes that are difficult to form in traditional dies,but also effectively reduce the forming times and improve the strength and stiffness of the workpiece.In practical production,the optimal forming process scheme is usually determined by the comprehensive consideration of product quality and economic cost.
