摘　　要：服务是图书馆永恒的主题,如何提升图书馆服务质量是每个图书馆面临的重大挑战。对精准服务构建基础进行了分析,并以沈阳师范大学图书馆为例,探究了高校图书馆精准服务的创新实践,最后总结出高校图书馆精准服务策略。Service is the eternal theme of libraries. How to improve the service quality of li-braries is a major challenge facing every library. This paper analyzes the foundation of precise service construction,and taking the Library of Shenyang Normal University as an example, this paper probes into the innovation practice of the precise service of university library, and finally summarizes the strategy of precise service in university library.
