摘 要:新疆某铁尾矿中钴含量为0.038%,钴主要赋存于黄铁矿中,为了有效回收此部分钴,进行了详细的选矿试验研究,结果表明:当磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占45%时,在粗选石灰用量2 000 g/t、硫酸亚铁用量300 g/t、丁基黄药用量100 g/t、2号油用量80 g/t的条件下,采用两次粗选一次精选两次扫选的闭路浮选流程,可以获得含Co 0.44%、含S 32.72%的合格钴硫精矿,Co回收率达85.58%。试验工艺可为同类资源回收钴提供参考。The cobalt content in an iron tailings in Xinjiang is 0.038% and mainly exists in pyrite. The test results showed that the optimal conditions were grinding fineness (calculated as -0.074 mm) of 45%, lime dosage of 2 000 g/t for roughing, ferrous sulfate dosage of 300 g/t, butyl xanthate dosage of 100 g/t, and 2# oil dosage of 80 g/t. Through the process of two stages of roughing, two stages of scavenging and one concentrating, the cobalt-sulfur concentrate containing 0.44% Co and 32.72% S with a Co recovery of 85.58% was obtained. Therefore, this valuable associated resource could be effectively recovered.
