摘　　要：随着生态文明建设的深入推进,矿产勘查面临的环境与社会约束日益显现。为了适应形势变化,推动绿色和谐勘查模式的推广应用,以青海省地勘工作为例,分析了地质矿产勘查面临的外部环境问题及其产生的原因,运用案例分析和实地调查相结合的方法,阐释了绿色勘查与和谐勘查的紧密联系,系统分析了绿色和谐勘查模式推广面临的制约因素,提出实施基于共享价值的绿色和谐勘查。从加快地勘单位改革、运用共享价值理论变革战略管理、健全完善激励政策三个方面,提出了全面推动绿色和谐勘查模式推广应用的对策建议。With the further progress of the ecological civilization construction, the environmental and social constraints faced by mineral exploration become increasingly apparent. In order to adapt to the changing situation, and to promote the popularization and application of the green harmonious exploration mode, taking the geological exploration in Qinghai province as an example, the causes of the external environment issues faced by geological and mineral exploration are analyzed. Using the methods of case studies and field surveys, the close connection between green exploration and harmonious exploration is explained, the restrictive factors faced by the popularization of green harmonious exploration mode are systematically analyzed, and it is put forward to implement the green harmonious exploration based on Shared Value. From the three aspects of accelerating the reform of geological exploration units, using the theory of shared value to reform strategic management, and improving and perfecting incentive policies, some countermeasures are put forward to fully promote the popularization and application of green harmonious exploration mode.
