摘　　要：提高矿业发展质量,是建设美丽中国的时代要求。开展矿产资源节约与综合利用是我国矿业实现高质量发展的关键环节。基于我国矿产资源综合勘查评价、综合利用基本情况,针对存在的问题,提出要制定符合优惠政策条件的认证标准,完善技术标准体系并通过政府采用标准加强监管;同时,矿山企业要转变发展理念,通过引进、合作研发等形式提高技术工艺以制定更高要求的企业标准,最终提高矿产资源节约与综合利用质量的若干建议。Improving the quality of mining development is an era requirement for building a beautiful China. The development of mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization is the key link for domestic mining industry to achieve high quality development. Based on the comprehensive exploration and evaluation of mineral resources in China, the basic situation of comprehensive utilization, and the existing problems, it is proposed to establish certification standards in line with preferential policy conditions, improve the technical standards system and strengthen supervision through the use of government standards. Meanwhile, mining enterprises should change the development concept, improve the technical process through the introduction and R&D cooperation to develop higher enterprise standards, and ultimately improve the quality of mineral resource conservation and comprehensive utilization.
