摘  要:钢铁材料先进热轧-冷却-热处理一体化组织性能控制技术是针对热轧钢材关键生产工艺进行的一系列原始技术创新。开发"轧制-冷却"同步化工艺装备,研制"温控+变形"相耦合的新一代控制轧制技术,结合轧后超快速冷却技术,充分发挥细晶、析出、相变综合强化作用,获得理想的微观组织形态,提升产品综合力学性能。在此基础上,针对高端产品研发先进热处理技术,满足高强度高均匀性淬火工艺需求。通过对热轧-冷却-热处理一体化组织性能控制技术创新,可实现热轧钢材生产流程系统控制,促进热轧钢铁材料性能的全面提升,保证钢铁材料性能稳定性,减少合金元素用量、降低钢材生产成本。The integrated controlled technology of hot rolling, ultra-fast cooling and heat treatment is a series of original technological innovations aiming at key production processes of hot rolled steel. Developing the synchronization process equipment of rolling-cooling, developing a new generation of controlled rolling technology coupled with temperature control and deformation, and combining the ultra-fast cooling technology after rolling, giving full play to the comprehensive strengthening effect of fine grains, precipitation and phase transformation. The ideal micro-structure has been obtained and the comprehensive mechanical properties of products have been improved through developing the synchronization equipment of rolling-cooling, developing new generation of rolling controll technology coupled with temperature control and deformation, combining the ultra-fast cooling technology after rolling, giving full play to the comprehensive strengthening effect of fine grain, precipitation and phase transformation. On this basis, advanced heat treatment technology is developed for high-end products to meet the needs of high strength and high uniformity quenching process. Through technological innovation of integrated controlled technology, the hot rolling steel production process system control is realized, the performance of hot rolling steel material is promoted, the stability of steel material is guaranteed, the amount of alloy elements is reduced, and the production cost of steel is reduced.
