增温对青藏高原高寒沼泽草甸生态系统CO_2排放及其环境响应机制的研究

摘  要:采用高度分别为40 cm(OTC1)和80 cm (OTC2)的开顶式透明小室(Open-top chambers,OTC)对青藏高原高寒沼泽草甸生态系统进行模拟增温处理,研究了高寒沼泽草甸生态系统的CO_2排放强度对气温升高的响应以及环境控制机理。结果显示:在平均气温分别提高2. 79℃(OTC1)和4. 96℃(OTC2)的条件下,对照(CK)及2种不同幅度增温处理高寒沼泽草甸生态系统CO_2排放通量表现出明显的季节变化特征,并同时在8月达到峰值,分别为123. 6、142. 3、166. 2 g C/(m2·month); CO_2的年排放通量也表现出随增温幅度的升高而逐渐增大的趋势,即OTC2(684. 1 g C/(m2·year))>OTC1(580. 7 g C/(m2·year))>CK(473. 3 g C/(m2·year))。通径分析显示,5 cm土温是影响CK、OTC1和OTC2三个系统CO_2排放最重要的生态因子。We examined the response of CO2 emissions to warming and environmental control mechanisms in an alpine swamp meadow ecosystem on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Experimental warming treatments were performed in an alpine swamp meadow ecosystem using two open-top chambers(OTCs): 40 cm(OTC1) and 80 cm(OTC2) tall. The results indicate that temperatures were increased by 2. 79 ℃ in OTC1 and 4. 96 ℃ in OTC2,that ecosystem CO2 emission showedremarkable seasonal variations in the control(CK) and the two warming treatments,and all three systems yielded peak values in August of 123. 6,142. 3,and 166. 2 gC/(m^2·month). Annual CO2 emission also showed a gradual upward trend with increased warming: OTC2(684. 1 gC/(m^2·year))>OTC1(580. 7 gC/(m^2·year))>CK(473. 3 gC/(m^2·year)). Path analysis revealed that the 5-cm-depth soil temperature was the most important environmental factor affecting CO2 emissions in the three systems.
