摘　　要：目的探讨循证医学结合PBL教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月—2017年10月于我院神经内科接受规范化培训的住院医师64名作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)。对照组住院医师采用PBL教学法,观察组住院医师采用循证医学结合PBL教学法。比较两组住院医师规培完成后的考试成绩和综合能力。结果观察组住院医师的理论知识成绩、实际操作成绩、职业素养成绩和考试总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组住院医师的组织协调能力、研究问题能力、知识理解能力、查阅文献能力和评价文献能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论循证医学结合PBL教学法能显著提高神经内科住院医师的规范化培训的教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training of neurology resident residents.Methods 64 residents who underwent standardized training in neurology from September 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group (n=32) and control group (n=32).PBL teaching method was adopted in the control group,and evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method was used in the observation group.The test scores and comprehensive ability of the two groups of students after the completion of the training were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores,actual operation scores,occupational literacy scores and test scores of the residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The observational group students' organizational coordination ability,research problem ability,knowledge understanding ability,literature review ability and evaluation literature ability score were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve the teaching quality of standardized training for neurology resident residents.
