摘　　要：目的探讨固本活血膏对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选择2016年1—12月江北区中医院收治的60例稳定期COPD患者作为研究对象。根据膏方制剂的不同,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各30例患者。治疗组给予固本活血膏,对照组予以五味子膏。治疗60天后,比较治疗组和对照组血清IL-6、TNF-α治疗前后变化;并通过治疗前后中医症候积分变化比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,治疗组和对照组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α表达下降,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论固本活血膏能有效调节血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,减轻炎症反应,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of guben huoxue ointment on serum lever of IL-6,TNF-α in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable stage.Methods 60 patients with stable COPD admitted to Jiangbei District Hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different preparation of plaster,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given guben huoxue ointment. The control group was treated with schisandra chinensis ointment.After 60 days of treatment,the changes of serum IL-6 and TNF-alpha in treatment group and control group were compared before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by the change of TCM symptom score before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum IL-6 and TNF-α between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the expression of IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the serum of the patients in the treatment group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Guben Huoxue ointment effectively regulate IL-6,TNF-α level and relieve apparently the clinical symptoms of the patients with COPD at the stable stage.
