摘　　要：清洁能源产业以清洁、环保和可持续等特点,成为能源科技创新和产业发展的最新趋向。北京市建设世界城市,要成为全球生态示范中心,必须优化能源结构、推动绿色发展,治理大气污染,这都需要大力发展清洁能源。而清洁能源仍然处于产业的培育和发展阶段,需要政府的财税、产业等政策激励。The clean energy industry, which is characterized by cleanliness, environmental protection and sustainability has become the latest trend of energy technology innovation and industrial development. To build a world city and become a global ecological demonstration center, Beijing must optimize its energy structure, promote green development and control air pollution. However, clean energy industry is still in the stage of industry cultivation and development, which requires incentive policies in fiscal and taxation and industry form the government.
