结扎悬吊术在脱垂性痔病中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结扎悬吊术在脱垂性痔病的应用。方法 80例脱垂性痔病患者随机分为两组,治疗组行结扎悬吊术,对照组行结扎术。结果结扎悬吊组在术后疼痛、住院时间、创面及肛管组织脱出比较上均优于结扎术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脱垂性痔病的治疗中结扎悬吊术具有减轻患者疼痛、减少住院时间、预防复发等优势是一种操作简单、疗效确切的痔病手术,值得临床推广。Objective Explore the ligation sling procedure application in the prolapsed hemorrhoids. Methods Eighty cases prolapsed hemorrhoids patients were randomized divided into two groups, the experimental group underwent ligation sling procedure, the control group with simple ligation. Results Ligation sling procedure group postoperative pain, Hospital stay, Wounds and anal tissue prolapse were better than the group simple ligation (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligation sling procedure have little postoperative wound, shorter recovery time, little pain and good compliancein the prolapsed hemorrhoids treatment.
