摘 要:为了解决南向通道各地区物流信息系统之间存在的节点间信息共享与认证困难、物流通道转运与通关复杂等问题,采用系统论的思想,对南向通道各地区货物往来的信息流方向的梳理,进而通过区块链技术在物流网络中具备的应用优势,提出协同认证的理论框架、认证流程及治理模式,构成了基于区块链技术的南向通道物流网络多区域协同认证模型.针对区块链技术在南向通道物流网络中应用时存在的相关问题,从优化区块链内部技术、合理配置资源、制定准入标准等方面提出发展建议,建设一个完备的、现代化的南向通道物流信息网络,提高南向通道整体网络的运行效率.In order to solve the problems of information sharing and authentication among the logistics information systems in the South-to-north channel,and the complexity of logistics channel transshipment and customs clearance,this thesis uses the idea of system theory to comb the direction of flow of goods between different regions in the South channel,and then through the application advantage of block chain technology in logistics Network. This paper presents the theoretical framework,certification process and governance mode of collaborative authentication,and constitute a multi-region cooperative authentication model of South-channel logistics network based on block chain Technology. In view of the problems existing in the application of block chain technology in the South Channel logistics network,This paper puts forward the development suggestions from optimizing the internal technology of the block chain,rationally allocation of resources and establishing the admittance standard,and constructs a complete and modernized logistics information network of the South Channel to improve the running efficiency of the whole network of the South Channel.
