花?和唇?肌间刺的比较研究

摘  要:对鮈亚科同属鱼类花?(Hemibarbus maculatus)和唇?(Hemibarbus labeo)的肌间刺数目、形态、分布进行了分析.结果显示:花?的肌间刺数目为111~120,平均值为115根;唇?的肌间刺数目在107~118之间,平均值为114根,二者之间的肌间刺在数目上无显著差异(P> 0.05).花?和唇?的肌间刺在形态组成上相同,均可分为7种形态,分别为"I"形、"Y"形、"卜"形、一端多叉形、两端两叉形、两端多叉形和树枝形;分布区域差异不明显,躯干部肌间刺形态以"Y"形为主,尾部则是"I"形数量相对较多.表明花?和唇?肌间刺组成特征较为相似.The study gave a comparative analysis of the number, morphology and distribution of intermuscular bone between H.maculatus and H.labeo. The results showed that the number of intermuscular bones in the H.maculatus ranged from 111 to 120 with an average of 115, and the number in the H.labeo was between 107 and 118, with an average of 114. There was no significant difference in the number of intermuscular bone ( P > 0.05). The intermuscular spines of these two fishes were the same in morphological composition, and can be divided into 7 forms, namely in the shapes of “I”,“Y”,“卜”,“multi-fork at one end”,“two forks at both ends”,“multiple forks at both ends” and “branch-like ends”, and the difference in distribution area was not obvious. The shape of the inter-muscular bones in the trunk is chiefly in the shape of “Y”, and the number of “I” shape in the tail is relatively large. The results of the study showed that H.maculatus and H.labeo have similar characteristics of intermuscular bones.
