摘 要:目的优选盐肤木中总鞣质的提取工艺。方法以总鞣质提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上,以提取时间、液料比和提取温度为考察因素,采用响应面设计原理优选提取工艺。结果盐肤木中总鞣质最佳提取工艺为乙醇提取浓度70%,液料比20. 71∶1,提取温度60℃,提取时间72. 57 min,提取2次。结论响应面法优选的盐肤木总鞣质提取工艺简单,提取效率高,可预测性良好。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total tannin from Rhus chinensis.Methods The extraction rate of total tannin was taken as the index,on the basis of single factor test,the extraction time,liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction temperature were selected as the investigation factors,and the optimal extraction process of total tannins from Rhus chinensis was determined by response surface design principle.Results The optimal extraction conditions of total tannin from Rhus chinensis were as follows:extraction concentration of ethanol was 70%,liquid-to-solid ratio was 20.71∶1,extraction temperature was 60℃and extraction time was 72.57 min with extraction 2 times.Conclusion The extraction process of total tannin from Rhus chinensis by response surface methodology is simple,efficient and predictable.
