摘 要:目的建立姜枣祛寒颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对姜枣祛寒颗粒中的干姜、大枣进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定干姜中6-姜辣素的含量,色谱柱采用Accurasil C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0. 1%磷酸溶液(40∶5∶55),流速为1. 0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm,进样量为10μL。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。干姜中6-姜辣素进样量在46~578 ng范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=1);平均回收率为100. 58%,RSD为1. 78%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,专属性高,重复性好,可作为姜枣祛寒颗粒的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality standard for Jiangzao Quhan Granules.Methods TLC method was adopted to qualitatively identify Zingberis Rhizoma and Jujubae Fructus in Jiangzao Quhan Granules.The content of 6-gingerol in Zingberis Rhizoma was determined by HPLC,the chromatographic column was Accurasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(40∶5∶55),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the sample size was 10μL.Results The TLC spots were clear and the negative control had no interference.The 6-gingerol in Zingberis Rhizoma showed good relationship in the range of 46-578 ng(r=1).The average recovery rate was 100.58%,RSD was 1.78%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,specific and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Jiangzao Quhan Granules.
