昆仙胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨昆仙胶囊联合百令胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的肾功能、营养状态的影响。方法选取医院2016年3月至2018年4月收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者113例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)和观察组(57例)。两组患者均给予百令胶囊治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联用昆仙胶囊治疗,两组均治疗12周。结果观察组临床总有效率为89. 47%,显著高于对照组的75. 00%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者的血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者的总蛋白、白蛋白均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论昆仙胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,疗效确切,可显著改善患者的肾功能和营养状态,且不增加不良反应,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Kunxian Capsules combined with Bailing Capsules on renal function and nutritional status in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Totally 113 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=57)according to the random number table method.The patients in the two groups were given Bailing Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Kunxian Capsules.The patients in the two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 89.47%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24 h urine protein quantity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total protein and albumin in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kunxian Capsules combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis have definite curative effect,they can significantly improve renal function and nutritional status of patients without increasing adverse reactions,which have clinical application value.
