摘 要:对Tsai-Wu、Hashin及LaRC05等3种复合材料强度准则的预测能力及适用性进行了评估分析。首先对各准则进行了介绍和简要评述;然后在CCF300/5405及T300/QY8911材料体系下构建材料基本力学性能试验矩阵及层合板试验矩阵;并完成强度测试。最后依托有限元分析,以试验数据为基准,按照设定的评分标准对各强度准的预测精度进行了客观评估,分析了其适用性。结果表明:各强度准则均有不足,还待发展; LaRC05准则有着相对较好的综合表现; Hashin准则更适用于层合板拉伸强度计算。LaRC05准则更适用于层合板压缩强度计算。The predictive ability and applicability of three composite strength criteria,Tsai-Wu,Hashin and LaRC05,were evaluated and analyzed. Firstly the criteria were introduced and reviewed briefly. Then the basic mechanical properties test matrix and laminates test matrix were constructed under CCF300/5405 and T300/QY8911 material systems,and the strength were tested. Finally,based on finite element analysis and test data,the prediction accuracy of each criterion was objectively evaluated according to the established scoring benchmark,and their applicability was analyzed. The results indicate that all strength criteria have defectives and need to be developed. Relatively,LaRC05 criterion exhibit better comprehensive performance. Hashin criterion is applicable to the tensile strength calculation of laminates and LaRC05 is applicable for compression case.
