摘 要:高水材料广泛应用于矿山充填和巷旁支护,对高水材料进行掺杂改性有利于改善其力学特性、回收利用电厂炉渣等工业固体废弃物以及降低矿山充填的经济成本。为研究电厂炉渣掺量对高水材料力学性能的影响规律,对掺电厂炉渣高水材料进行单轴压缩试验。结果表明:养护龄期为7 d时,掺10. 0%电厂炉渣高水材料的单轴抗压强度与纯高水材料相差不大;但残余强度高于纯高水材料,充分发挥了高水材料在破坏之后的残余承载能力。当电厂炉渣的掺量在0~10. 0%时,材料的4、7、14 d强度虽不能达到纯高水材料的水平;但其整体降幅很小,且其28 d强度高于纯高水材料。高水材料在受力过程中产生的裂缝为平行于受力方向的张性裂缝,材料最终的破坏形式为劈裂破坏。High-water-content materials are widely used in mine filling and roadway support,modification of high-water-content materials can improve their mechanical properties,recycle and utilize industrial solid wastes such as slag of power plant,and reduce the economic cost of mine filling. In order to study the effect of slag content on the mechanical properties of high-water-content materials,uniaxial compression test were carried out on the high-water-content materials with slag of power plant. The results showed that when the curing age was 7 d,the uniaxial compressive strength of the high-water-content materials mixed with 10. 0% slag was not much different from that of the pure high-water-content materials,but the residual strength was higher than that of pure high-watercontent materials,giving full play to the residual bearing capacity after failure. When the content of slag was 0 ~10. 0%,although the 4,7,14 d strength of high-water-content materials mixed with the slag of power plant could not reach the level of the pure high-water-content materials. The overall decline was very small,and its 28 d strength was higher than that of the pure high-water-content materials. The fracture of high-water-content materials was the splitting failure which was parallel to the load direction.
