摘 要:以半胱氨酸(L-Cys)为稳定剂,合成具有优异荧光性能的水溶性碲化镉量子点(CdTe QDs)。合成的CdTe QDs粒径主要分布在2.8 nm附近,大小均匀,基本呈规则的球形,分散性良好。对多基配体Q[7]具有良好的选择性、灵敏性和抗干扰能力。Q[7]浓度在10~40 mol/L范围内与CdTe QDs的荧光猝灭程度存在良好的线性关系,检出限为4.1 mol/L(S/N=3),据此可实现溶液中Q[7]高灵敏检测,为以多基配体瓜环作为CdTe QDs猝灭剂,构建荧光关-开荧光探针提供实验依据。Water-soluble CdTe Quantum dots with excellent optical performance were synthesized with L-cysteine as stabilizer. The synthesized CdTe QDs particle size was mainly distributed around 2.8 nm, with uniform size, regular spherical shape and good dispersion. It has good selective sensitivity and anti-interference ability for multi-ligand cucurbit[7]uril. Cucurbit[7]uril concentration in the range of 10-40 μmol/L has a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching degree of CdTe QDs, and the detection limit is 4.1 μmol/L when signal to noise ratio is 3, so cucurbit[7]uril in solution can be detected with high sensitivity. The results provide experimental basis for the construction of fluorescent closed-open fluorescent probes with multi-ligand cucurbit[n]uril as CdTe QDs quenching agent.
