天名精对亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴体外杀灭效果分析

摘　　要：目的:明确天名精对亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴体外的杀灭作用。方法:采用免疫机能正常小鼠感染亚洲带绦虫,将天名精分别制备成20、40、60 mg/ml浓度的水煎液作为实验组,以吡喹酮为阳性对照组,40%猪胆汁为空白对照组,通过猪胆汁体外培养法观察实验组对亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴的杀灭效果。结果:与空白组比较:实验组和阳性对照组致亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴死亡率均具极显著性差异(P<0.01);与阳性对照组比较:20、40 mg/ml天名精水煎液实验组具极显著性差异(P<0.01),60 mg/ml天名精水煎液实验组与阳性对照组差异无显著性。结论:天名精在体外对亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴具有一定的杀灭作用。Objective: To study the effect of Carpesium abrotanoides on Taenia saginata asiatica cysticercus. Methods: Mice with normal immune function were infected with Taenia saginata asiatica cysticercus, and Carpesium abrotanoides was prepared into 20, 40, 60 mg/ml decoction as the experimental group, with praziquantel as the positive control group and 40% pig bile as a blank control group. The effect of Carpesium abrotanoides on cysticercosis of the Taenia saginata asiatica cysticercus was observed by the in vitro culture method of pig bile. Results: Compared with the blank group,the mortality of Cysticercus cellulosae was significantly different between the experimental group and the positive control group ( P <0.01);(Compared with the positive control group: 20, 40 mg/ml Carpesium abrotanoides solution) There was a significant difference in the decoction test group ( P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the 60 mg/ml Carpesium abrotanoides decoction experiment group and the positive control group. Conclusion: Carpesium abrotanoides has a certain killing effect on Taenia saginata asiatica cysticercus.
