摘　　要：随着大学生犯罪数量的增长,大学生违法犯罪问题已成为全社会共同关注的热点问题。大学生是国家和民族的希望,高校应通过改进教学方式、营造公平环境等对策有效提升大学生的法律素养。With the increase of the number of college students committing crime, crime problem of college students has become a hot issue of social concern. College students are the hope of the nation, universities should improve the legal literacy of the college students by improving the teaching methods and creating a fair environment.
