摘 要:基于虚实结合技术,以典型机械产品齿轮泵为例,利用Unity3D构建了齿轮泵虚拟仿真实践教学系统,系统实现了PC端和移动端多平台浏览操作、结构展示、虚拟拆装、AR呈现等功能。该系统充分发挥了虚拟现实和增强现实技术优势,提升了学生的学习兴趣,节约了经费投入,为高校虚拟仿真实践教学建设提供了有益的尝试,具有较好的研究价值和应用前景。Based on the combination of virtual and real technology, taking the gear pump of typical mechanical products as an example, the virtual simulation training system of gear pump was built by Unity3D. The system realizes multi-platform browsing operation, structure display, virtual disassembly and assembly, AR rendering and other functions on the PC and the mobile. The system gives full play to the advantages of virtual reality and augmented reality technology, enhances students' interest in learning, saves investment, and provides a useful attempt for virtual simulation experiment construction in colleges and universities. It has good research value and application prospects.
