摘 要:在不同的运行条件下,滚珠丝杠副的摩擦磨损会引起摩擦力矩损失从而引起精度变化。为了探究滚珠丝杠副的摩擦力矩损失情况,通过赫兹弹性理论,推导出丝杠滚道磨损、螺母滚道磨损与丝杠转速、轴向载荷的关系,建立了双螺母滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩损失模型,并且通过滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验台和摩擦力矩试验台测试出国内某厂家双螺母预紧丝杠在一定试验条件下的摩擦力矩变化情况,与理论模型相比较,从而验证了此模型的准确性。Under a variety of operating conditions, the friction and wear of ball screw pairs will cause the loss of no-load drag torque, which will cause changes of precision. In order to study the no-load drag torque loss of ball screw pairs, the relationship between wear of screw raceway, wear of nut raceway, running speed and axial load is deduced by Hertz elasticity theory. The no-load drag torque loss model of double-nut ball screw pair is established, and a ball screw pair in China is tested on the ball screw running bench and the ball screw drag torque test bench. The no-load drag torque under certain test conditions is measured to be compared with the theoretical model, which verifies the accuracy of this model.
