摘 要:以台湾无籽青柠檬1年生木质化枝条为插穗,研究7种不同基质和不同浓度ABT溶液对台湾无籽青柠檬扦插生根的影响,并对生根过程进行了分析。结果表明:台湾无籽青柠檬生根类型是皮质生根;以1000~2000 mg/L的ABT处理后扦插成活率较高,达到73.33%;不同基质对台湾无籽青柠檬扦插苗具有显著影响,以沙+红壤+椰糠的混合基质成活率最高(85.00%);以椰糠为基质扦插生根率最高(90.00%)。Taking one- year-old lignified branches of Taiwan seedless green lemon as cuttings,the effects of seven different substrates and different concentrations of ABT on rooting of Taiwan seedless green lemon cuttings were studied, and the rooting process was analyzed. The results showed that the rooting type of Taiwan seedless green lemon was cortical rooting. The survival rate of cuttings was higher treated with 1000-2000 ug/mL ABT, reaching 73.33%. Different substrates had significant effects on the seedlings of Taiwan seedless green lemon cuttings. The highest survival rate (85.00%) was in the mixed substrates of sand + Red Soil + coconut bran;the rooting rate of coconut bran (90.00%) was the highest.
