摘 要:回归人性化日益成为生态文明时代城市交通发展的共识。首先,在总结街道设计理论研究和国内外导则基本理念的基础上,提出研究的街道范围,即不包含以交通功能为绝对主导、缺乏公共交往空间功能的道路。其次,提出街道设计的基本功能、街道分类和尺度建议,总结街道设计中的关键挑战,主要包括全要素的空间协调方法和工作机制创新两大方面。最后,结合空间一体化设计、精细化设计、交通稳静化设计等总结街道设计的要点,并基于规划实践提出对工作机制创新的思考与建议。The people-oriented urban transportation development has reached consensus in the era of ecological civilization. By summarizing theoretical researches on street design theory and basic design concepts of domestic and foreign guidelines, this paper first defines the study scope of “street” that does not have high mobility and low accessibility. Then the basic functions, classification and dimensions of street are proposed. The paper also summarizes the key challenges in street design in two aspects: spatial coordination method and new working procedures. Finally, through considering the design of spatial integration, detailed elements and traffic calming, the paper puts forward new thinking and ideas on the working procedures based on the current planning practices.
