贫困地区农业产业发展前景及其减贫效应研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：当前,顺应农业产业化发展是贫困地区摆脱贫穷、走向共同富裕的必由之路。但是,贫困地区因为自然条件不佳、劳动力素质较低、种植方式与技术落后等问题的制约,给当地农业产业的发展带来极大阻碍。为此,本文以甘肃省贫困地区为例,立足贫困地区农业产业扶持政策与已有成果,立足于特色种植产业、新型农畜业、农业交易市场建设以及农业各产业结构变化,分析农业产业发展的前景和其减贫效应,并提出进一步发展农业产业水平的策略。At present, the development of agricultural industrialization is the only way to get rid of poverty and toward common prosperity in poor areas. However, poor areas are constrained by poor natural conditions, low quality of labor force, backward planting methods and technology, which have brought great obstacles to the development of local agricultural industry. Therefore, this paper illustrated by the Province of Gansu. First, this paper arranged the agricultural supporting policies, achievements in poverty-stricken areas, the characteristic planting industry, new-type agriculture and animal husbandry, the construction of agricultural trading market and the changes of agricultural industrial structure;Then, analyzed the prospects of agricultural development and its poverty reduction effect;Last, put the strategy to develop the agriculture.
