四年制高职本科教育模式下学生就业期望研究

摘　　要：《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中提出"高度重视、加快发展"和"服务发展、促进就业"的工作方针,在此大背景下研究高职与本科院校衔接学生的就业期望,具有实践价值。本文研究介绍高职院校与本科院校衔接和类型模式,针对四年制高职本科教育的学生进行抽样调查,分析该群体学生就业期望影响因素,提出引导学生就业期望的应对建议。The "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education" puts forward the working principle of "highly attaching importance to and accelerating development" and "serving development and promoting employment". Under this background, it is of practical value to study the employment expectation of students in higher vocational and undergraduate integrated majors. This paper introduces the connection between higher vocational education and undergraduate education and its types and models, conducts sample surveys on students of four-year higher vocational-undergraduate education, analyzes the influencing factors of employment expectation of students in this group, and proposes suggestions for guiding students' employment expectation.
