摘　　要："大学生职业发展与就业指导"是高校公共基础课程中一门核心的基础课,但是该课程面临着诸多现实困境,开展就业指导课程的改革及探索迫在眉睫。本文深入分析了我国高校就业指导课开设的现状及存在的突出问题,结合"互联网+"教育实际,从"培养可持续性就业能力""丰富教学模式""建设专业师资队伍""采用大数据平台实施个性化指导"等四个方面提出了课程改革的建议与对策,以期为就业指导课程的改革提供参考和借鉴。Career development and employment guidance for college students is a core course of public basic courses in universities. However, the curriculum is facing a lot of actual dilemma and extremely urgent to be reformed and explored. This paper analyzes the present situation and outstanding problems of curriculum deeply in colleges and universities in China, and puts forward the following ways such as cultivating sustainable employment ability, enriching teaching model, building professional teaching staff and implementing individuation guidance with the large data platform combining with the practice of "Internet+". The purpose is to promote and accelerate the reform of employment guidance course.
