摘　　要：涉税犯罪课程传统教学模式具有教学脱离实战、考试流于形式、能力培养薄弱、教学手段陈旧等缺陷。本文借鉴剑桥大学法律系先进教学理念,革新教学方式和方法,推进税侦课程改革,提升教学效果。The traditional teaching mode of tax investigation course has the defects of teaching away from actual work;the examination is in the form;the training of ability is weak;the means of teaching is overtime. As the advanced teaching experience, we will innovate teaching methods, promote the reform of tax investigation courses, and enhance results of teaching.
