摘 要:本文主要根据当前数字化技能的发展趋势,对有效的数字化技能培养进行讨论。借以分析个人对数字化技能培养所面临的挑战和可能存在的破坏性机会的看法。对数字化环境进行了综合表述,并确定了进行数字化技能转型所需的其他技能。此外,结合一定的现象,确定数字化技能对于数字化转型的重要性。当前时代主要涉及的是人工智能、纳米技术、智能机器人及物联网等,通过这些实际的发展凸显当前的数字化进程;另外,本文主要体现的数字化转型媒介是移动设备,诸如:平板电脑和智能手机应用程序等,本文研究将为后续数字化技能发展是否进行战略型调整提供参考,以应对数字化技能可能面临的挑战。This paper mainly discusses the development of effective digital skills based on the current development trend of digital skills, in order to analyze individuals’ perceptions of the challenges they face in developing digital skills and the potentially devastating opportunities that exist. It makes a comprehensive representation of the digital environment and the identification of other skills needed to transform digital skills. In addition, combined with certain phenomena, it determines the importance of digital skills for digital transformation. The current era mainly involves artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, intelligent robots and the Internet of Things. Through these practical developments,the current digitalization process is highlighted. In particular, the digital transformation medium that this paper will mainly reflect is mobile devices, such as: tablet computers and smartphone applications, etc. This paper will provide a reference for the subsequent strategic development of digital skills development to address the challenges that digital skills may face.
