中药灌肠联合体外射频治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的治疗方法。方法将156例CBP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各78例。治疗组使用中药灌肠联合体外射频治疗,对照组单独使用体外射频治疗。治疗2个月后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组有效率为96.15%,对照组为85.90%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.022,P=0.025)。治疗组7例出现轻度不良反应,疗程结束后恢复正常,对照组未出现。结论中药灌肠联合体外射频治疗CBP,疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To evaluate a new effective treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP). Methods 156 CBP patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 78 cases each. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Extracorporeal Radiofrequency, while the control group was treated with Extracorporeal Radiofrequency alone. The curative effect was evaluated after 2 months of treatment. Results The effective rate was 96.15% in the treatment group and 85.90% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=5.022, P =0.025). Seven patients in the treatment group had mild adverse reactions, and returned to normal after the treatment, while no one in the control group did. Conclusion Chinese herbal enema combined with Extracorporeal Radiofrequency therapy has curative effect on CBP and does not have obvious side effects.
