摘  要:基于微机电技术制作的微阵列电极电刺激器广泛应用于康复领域。阵列电极电刺激器作为一种治疗神经损伤的工具,在刺激选择性和控制能力方面都具有优良的性能。视觉假体作为微阵列电极电刺激器中的一种主要应用于眼部疾病的治疗。它是通过对生物组织施加电刺激引起组织兴奋来产生光幻视。视觉假体主要分为视网膜假体和视皮层假体。该文介绍了这两种假体的研究现状,主要对其研究成果进行了总结并展望了微阵列电极未来发展面临的挑战。Micro-array electrode stimulators based on MEMS technology have been widely used in rehabilitation. Array electrode stimulator, as a tool for treating nerve injury, is of excellent performance in stimulating selectivity and control ability. The visual prosthesis is mainly used as a micro-array electrode electrical stimulator for the treatment of ocular diseases. It can induce tissue excitement by electrical stimulation of biological tissue to produce the illusion of light. Visual prosthesis is mainly divided into retinal prosthesis and visual cortex prosthesis. In this paper, the current state of research on these two types of prostheses are introduced, the research results of this two types of prostheses are summarized, and the future development challenges of Micro-array electrode stimulators are prospected.
