摘 要:在企业严格管理的氛围和追求企业绩效的目标导引下,农民工心理和精神容易遭受较大的压力。这一状态通常使得他们的工作积极性低下,缺乏自我发展的方向,反过来也容易影响到企业的稳定发展。为此,社会工作者尝试通过员工协助方案在农民工压力管理中的实践,以此缓解员工压力,促进了员工福利委员会的发展。但是员工协助方案的功能是有限的,要使农民工压力问题得到更有效的治理,增强其可治理性,需要建构厂内相关制度和外部制度环境。社会工作者本着"以人为本"和"价值为本"的理念,提出农民工从业压力问题可治理性从"安抚"到"正义"的转换可能。Under the guidance of the atmosphere of strict enterprise management and the goal of pursuing enterprise performance,migrant workers'psychology and spirit are vulnerable to heavy pressure.It makes them have less motivation to work,lack the direction of self-development,but also affects the development of enterprises.Therefore,social workers try to alleviate the pressure of employees and promote the development of employee welfare committee through the practice of Employee Assistance Programs(EAPs)in stress management of migrant workers.However,the function of EAPs is limited.If relevant rules and regulations of the company and external system environment can cooperate better,the pressure of migrant workers will be relieved more effectively and the governability will be enhanced.In line with the concepts of"people-oriented"and"value-oriented",social workers put forward the possibility of transforming the problem of employment pressure of migrant workers from"appease"to"justice".
