摘  要:在以9根不同直径注浆钢管的抗弯性能试验基础上,通过有限元软件计算模拟构件的含钢率、钢材屈服强度、填芯材料强度等参数变化对注浆钢管桩抗弯性能的影响。研究结果表明:有限元方法模拟出注浆钢管桩的极限承载力与试验数据符合较好,误差值在6.4%~13.6%之间;在纯弯作用下,注浆钢管构件的含钢率对其承载力影响较大;钢管的屈服强度对提高微型钢管桩的抗弯承载力效果显著;钢管的填芯材料强度对抗弯承载力影响甚微,故在实际工程中可采用低抗压强度的填芯材料,以降低工程造价。Based on the flexural performance test of 9 different diameter grouting steel pipes,the influence of the steel rate,the yield strength of steel and the strength of core material on the bending performance of grouting steel pipe piles is calculated by finite element software.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the grouting steel pipe pile is in good agreement with the experimental data by the finite element method,and the error value is between 6.4%and 13.6%.Under pure bending action,the steel bearing rate of the grouting steel pipe member has great influence on its bearing capacity.The yield strength of the steel pipe has significant effect on improving the bending capacity of the micro steel pipe pile,and the strength of the core material of the steel pipe has little influence on the bending capacity.Therefore,in the actual engineering,the core material with low compressive strength can be used to reduce the project cost.
