摘  要:研为了研究强度等级和温度变化对钢管混凝土徐变性能的影响,研究膨胀剂掺量为8%,钢管直径为140 mm、长度为350 mm、壁厚为3.0 mm,长期荷载为235.3 kN的情况下,强度等级分别为C45、C80、C120以及温度变化分别为室温(15±2)℃、高温(60±2)℃、变温(10~50)℃时的钢管混凝土徐变度。试验结果表明:(1)强度等级越高,钢管混凝土徐变度越小,但是徐变度不是随着强度的增加而成比例减小;(2)温度对钢管混凝土徐变的影响由大到小依次为变温、高温和室温;(3)强度等级和温度变化影响钢管混凝土徐变的主要因素是水胶比和弹性模量;(4)通过误差分析及计算式拟合实用性验证,拟合计算式满足要求,可进行徐变度计算。In order to study the effect of strength grade and temperature change on the creep behavior of concrete filled steel tube.The experimental research on expansive agent content is 8%,pipe diameter is 140 mm,length 350 mm,wall thickness of 3.0 mm,the long-term load is 235.3 kN,the strength grade were C45,C80,C120 and temperature respectively at room temperature(18±2)and high temperature(60±2)and creep strain of concrete filled steel tube at temperature(10~50).The test results show that①the higher the strength grade,the smaller the creep strain of the concrete filled steel tube,but the creep strain does not decrease as the strength increases.②The effect of temperature on the creep strain of concrete filled steel tube from large to small is in turn temperature,high temperature and room temperature.③The main factors affecting the creep of concrete filled steel tube are the ratio of water to glue and the modulus of elasticity.④Through error analysis and formula validation,the fitting formula can meet the requirements,and creep degree can be calculated.
