摘 要:将钢渣砂和石英砂作为骨料制备水泥基灌浆料,重点研究混合骨料级配对水泥基灌浆料工作性和力学性能的影响规律,并通过扫描电子显微镜对硬化浆体进行微观结构分析。试验结果表明:将钢渣砂(A砂、B砂)和石英砂(C砂)作为混合骨料可以制备性能符合标准的水泥基灌浆料;混合骨料级配对灌浆料流动度影响较大,当由3种砂组成连续开级配时,灌浆料流动度最优;灌浆料抗压强度受混合骨料堆积密度影响较大。当3种砂占比为30%∶30%∶40%时,灌浆料性能最优,初始流动度为350 mm,1、3、28 d抗压强度分别为33.9、46.2、67.7 MPa。The steel slag sand and quartz sand used as the aggregate in cement-based grouting material was studied in this research.The influence of mixed aggregate gradation on the workability and mechanical property of the cement-based grouting material were studied.Then the microscopic structure of hardened paste was analyzed by the scanning electron microscope (SEM).The experimental result shows the steel slag sand (A sand and B sand) and quartz sand (C sand) can be used as mixed aggregate to prepare cement-based grouting material with standard.The mixed aggregate gradation has a great influence on the fluidity of grouting material,and the fluidity is optimal with the continuous open gradation composed of three kinds of sand.The compressive strength of grouting material is greatly influenced by the bulk density of the mixed aggregate.When the proportion of three kinds of sand is 30%∶30%∶40%,the grouting material has the best performance,the initial fluidity is 350 mm,and the compressive strengths at 1,3 and 28 d are 33.9,46.2 and 67.7 MPa respectively.
