摘 要:在钢渣粉-矿粉-粉煤灰三元复掺混凝土中,探讨钢渣粉的掺量对混凝土强度、电通量的影响并通过SEM和压汞试验进行微观分析。试验结果表明:钢渣粉的掺入降低了水化速率,早期水化产物中的针棒状结构大量减少和变短,浆体中形成较多团簇状的凝胶体,导致100 nm附近的毛细孔增加,混凝土早龄期强度和抗氯离子渗透性能降低;随着龄期的延长,钢渣粉造成的不利影响逐渐减弱,钢渣粉占总掺合料的70%时,混凝土试件180 d强度与基准组接近;矿粉与钢渣粉发生协同水化作用,改善了浆体孔结构分布,减弱了钢渣粉对混凝土性能带来的不利影响。当钢渣粉、矿粉、粉煤灰比例为3∶4∶3时能较大限度利用钢渣粉。Study the influence of steel slag powder in composite admixtures concrete on the compressive strength,the electric flux,the pore distribution,and microscopic structure.The test results show that the addition of steel slag powder reduces the hydration rate,the rodlike structure in the early hydration products decreases or becomes shorter.Many cluster gels appear resulting in the increase 100 nm capillary pores and electric flux,and the decrease of early time compressive strength.This adverse effects caused by steel slag powder gradually reduce with curing time on,when steel slag powder accounts for 70% of admixture,the 180 d compressive strength of specimen with maximum admixtures of steel-slag was close to the reference sample.The addition of mineral powder improve the distribution of pore structure and weaken the adverse effect of steel slag powder by synergistic hydration.When the proportion of steel slag powder,mineral powder and fly ash is 3∶4∶3,the steel slag powder can be best utilized.
