摘  要:为探究城市群灾害风险种类和特征,运用文献调查与案例分析相结合的方法对城市群灾害风险进行了系统研究。结果表明:从承灾体和应急管理角度考虑,可将城市群灾害风险划分为成员城市一般灾害风险、成员城市重大灾害风险、城市群内城市间跨区域灾害风险。城市群灾害风险特点表现为,承灾体更为集中、风险源类型更为多样、次生衍生灾害更易发生、区域、地域性特征更为明显、跨区域协同应急要求更高、动态变化特征更为明显。未来需加大城市群灾害风险评估及相关防控技术的研究,推动城市群应急管理体系的建设与完善。In order to explore the types and characteristics of disaster risk in urban agglomerations,a combination of literature survey and case analysis was used to systematically study the disaster risk of urban agglomerations.The results show that from the perspective of the disaster-tolerant body and emergency management,the urban community disaster risk can be divided into the general disaster risk of member cities,the major disaster risk of member cities,and the inter-regional disaster risk in urban agglomeration.The characteristics of urban disaster risk are as follows:the body is more concentrated,the types of risk sources are more diverse,the secondary derivative disasters are more likely to occur,regional characteristics are more obvious,the emergency coordination requirements are higher,and the disaster risk is more variability.In the future,it is necessary to increase the research on urban agglomerations disaster risk assessment and related prevention and control technologies,and promote the construction and improvement of urban agglomeration emergency management system.
